These terms govern your use of the 961 Glow online store, operated from Beirut, Lebanon.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm dispatch on WhatsApp. Prices are in US dollars. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, and will tell you if we do.

Payment

Payment is collected in cash, in US dollars, when your order is delivered. Nothing is charged online. The amount due is the order total shown when you place the order, including the delivery fee.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. The delivery fee is shown in your bag before you order.

Products

Products are cosmetic products for external use. Read each label before use and stop using any product that irritates your skin. Nothing on this store is medical advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
